You can also keep your existing mobile phone number (this is called 'porting'). To 'port' your number to ONEtelecom, all you need to do is authorise the porting of your mobile phone number to ONEtelecom and confirm you are the owner of the mobile service. This can be done when signing up for your new mobile phone service. Although we won't charge you to bring your number, there may be conditions and charges from your existing mobile provider. All you need to do is have your customer account number (you can usually find this on your mobile bill) and 100 points of ID.
We will transfer your broadband for you, all you need to do is let us know that you want to transfer and we will sort it all out for you.
