ONEmobile and ONEwireless services

ONEmobile and ONEwireless services choose the Optus Network as our network provider which currently covers 96% of Australia and growing.

myONE relies on information provided by Optus for the extent of coverage provided by the Optus Mobile networks. While the highest standards have been applied by Optus in preparing these maps, 100 percent mapping accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, a number of factors beyond Optus's reasonable control may cause coverage to vary within a stated area. For example, handset quality or areas of variable reception (e.g. basements, lifts, underground car parks and large concrete buildings) may mean reception is unavailable or subject to interruption. Optus reserves the right to change or modify the network schedule and future locations shown on these maps at any time without notice.

Currently Optus services three networks for which we can provide services on. The three networks are as follows:

  • Dual band network - 96% population coverage
  • 3G single band network - 80% population coverage
  • 2G Network - 96% population coverage

ONEBroadband

ONEbroadband services are available to most homes Australia wide. The delivery of a fixed broadband service relies on you having an active home phone service.

Whilst nearly all homes have a home phone service in some instances a fixed broadband service still may not be able delivered due to your local exchange supporting ADSL services.

Use our ADSL number checker above to see if your home is covered for ADSL. Please be aware this check displays the services available to you, based on the equipment installed at your local exchange. It doesn't however guarantee these services will be available at your specific premises - sometimes, there can be technical limitations on the access between your place and the exchange.
